Here I have a very early rough draft of my poster for the portfolio show. Although I am not quite happy with the outcome, there are some elements that I do really like. The multi-colored hexagons are where I started. I remember learning this concept last year in Tony’s Layout 1 class. I decided to use the same shades of blue and green as I did in my logo, in an attempt to tie the entire composition together. I plan to continue working on this throughout the week, seeking feedback to improve my design, and make changes as needed.
