Font Choice

As I begin to develop as a designer, my attention to detail, such as font choice and typeface has increased. One font in particular that has caught my eye is called Microgramma

I think this font is super unique. I like the bold, drawn-out, box-like letters. No matter what your type says, it is sure to stand out while incorporating this font.

I first discovered this font after attending a concert late last year, as the font Microgramma is used in the title itself. As shown in the poster, this font is paired with a classic serif font to create a nice-looking contrast between the two. I have even begun to incorporate this font on my. portfolio show poster. It’s cool how something as simple as font choice can affect the tone of your entire composition.
