This past weekend, I was lucky enough to attend a concert for my favorite artist of all time, Lorde. As a lover of music, hearing my favorite songs live is always such a special experience, and Lorde as an artist has always been so impactful to me. I feel almost as if I grew up alongside her. She released her debut album at just 16 years old, and it quickly became the soundtrack to my early adolescent years. Lorde has such a way of transforming feelings into words, and I find it so powerful. Each new album has been a huge departure from the last, exploring so many different styles and genres, which I greatly appreciate from an artist. This is the third time i’ve been able to see Lorde perform, and I can guarantee it will not be the last!
